I use shilajit as the amplifier for my health routine. I take shilajit typically in the morning after I either drink celery juice and/or take my greens supplement and other supplements such as vitamin D and mushroom tinctures. Shilajit allows for the nutrients within these greens and supplements to absorb better and I really do see a difference when I use shilajit with my supplements. The most dramatic difference is how I absorb my greens. I have used greens supplements in the past and didn’t see or feel much of a difference but using shilajit with greens this time has been the game changer. My digestion has never been better and I’m so grateful for my new normal. A bonus improvement that I wasn’t seeking but have noticed is my hair and nails have never been stronger. I used to have the thinnest flakiest nails that couldn’t grow long without tearing but now are so strong and SO long. I have and will continue to recommend shilajit to friends and family to use with their daily routines to improve their day to day health routines as well.
